I’ve been longing for high-waisted pants ever since they became uso. It can hide my bilbil efficiently. But I haven’t had the chance to buy one in Pinas because I was so busy preparing for my journey to the Kingdom last May. When I got here, I was on the look out for it but haven’t found them until last week at the Costa Blanca sale in the new Riyadh Gallery.

It’s perfect! The upper part hugs the waist well and the length of the pants is just right for me. The problem is, I got a size too small for me. Waaah! And because the pants were on sale, there’s no available size for me anymore. Sigh. I’ll give this to my younger sister. I’m sure this will fit her.
What I’m opting now is to order a custom-made high-waist pants for me. And this one from Modista by Elle sure gets a thumbs up sign from me:

They are so pretty! And with my experience with Modista by Elle, I’m sure they’ll make a good job in sewing orders that fit their customers perfectly. I ordered this dress before from their online site:
…and I loved it! I wore it on my cousin’s wedding and i really stood out (mainly because it was red, haha!). But I sure loved the attention. Too bad I didn’t have a chance to wear it again here in Saudi because well, this is Saudi. Haha. But it’s in my closet just in case we have an out of town trip soon.
Hmn, I’m thinking I want to order the pants now but shipping from Pinas to Saudi Arabia would probably cost higher than the pants I’ll order! Haha! So, I have to wait ’til I get home.
